These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MATHEWECOMMERCE LLC, doing business as Ascend Mastery ("Ascend Mastery", "we", "us" or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company at 5830 E 2ND ST STE 7000 22393, Casper, WY 82609, United States. They apply when you use joinascendmastery.com and its subdomains, register for our masterclass, apply for or join our program, or receive messages from us (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Use The Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that business to these Terms.

2. What We Provide

Ascend Mastery is an online education program about mindset, identity and decision-making for e-commerce founders. It includes video lessons, written materials, exercises and, for some members, a one-on-one written audit. We also run a free live masterclass and offer calls to help applicants decide whether the program is right for them. What a particular purchase includes is described at the time you buy it and in any written enrollment agreement you sign, which takes priority over these Terms where the two differ.

We may update, add to or retire lessons and materials over time to keep the program current.

3. Education Only, No Guarantee Of Results

Ascend Mastery is education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We do not offer a business opportunity, a franchise or a "get rich quick" program.

Any revenue, income or results mentioned on our website, in our masterclass or in our marketing, including Mathew's own and our students', are examples and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, experience, business, market and many other factors outside our control. We make no promise or guarantee that you will earn money or reach any particular result.

4. Accounts And Access

Access to the program is personal to you. Please keep your login details private and do not share your account or the materials with anyone else. We may suspend or end access if an account is shared, misused or used to copy or redistribute our content.

5. Payments

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment on its due date, and you remain responsible for the full amount even if you stop using the program. If an installment fails, we may pause access until it is paid.

Because the program gives you immediate access to digital content and personal work, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where your written enrollment agreement says differently. If you believe you were charged in error, email us before contacting your bank and we will look into it promptly.

6. Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the Ascend Mastery text messaging program.

  • Program: MATHEWECOMMERCE LLC (Ascend Mastery) sends text messages to people who opt in through our website chat or one of our forms. Messages may include masterclass reminders, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry and, if you separately agreed to marketing messages, program updates and offers.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies, depending on your registrations, bookings and conversations with us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
  • Consent: agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent to third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Our Content

All lessons, videos, documents, tools, prompts, graphics, branding and other material in the Services belong to MATHEWECOMMERCE LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, publish, share or create courses from them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to break the law while using the Services, interfere with or attack the website, record or redistribute calls or lessons without permission, harass our team or other members, or submit false information on an application.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on and may link to tools run by other companies, such as video, scheduling, form, payment and e-commerce platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation Of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Ending These Terms

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, and the sections that by their nature should continue (including payments, our content, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
