Ascend Mastery is an online education program that teaches e-commerce founders the identity and decision-making layer behind the next income level. It's built and taught by Mathew, an e-commerce operator who still runs his own brand today.
Built By An Operator Who Hit The Ceiling Himself
Mathew (Matej Serbin) started in e-commerce as a teenager in Slovakia, reselling AirPods and then selling through TikTok Shop. In the spring of 2025 one of his organic dropshipping products went viral and his store did close to $600,000 in a single month.
He lost almost all of it within the year. A payment processor held his funds, the business behind the store was never built to carry that volume, and he made decisions as the person he was before the money arrived. He rebuilt from scratch on paid ads in October 2025, and today his brand runs on a full team, its own software and six figures a month in revenue.
That experience is why Ascend Mastery exists. Most e-commerce education teaches products, ads and suppliers, and the founders who come to us usually know those already. What holds them at $20,000 to $50,000 a month is the way they think about money, risk and themselves, so that is the part we teach.

The Identity Toolbox
A 108-page action book with the tools, environments and 30 and 90-day reviews members use between lessons, plus a guided AI self-audit.
Some members also receive a one-on-one written audit, where Mathew reviews their answers to a detailed intake and replies with a personal plan.

Free Weekly Masterclass
Every Tuesday at 2:00 PM Eastern, Mathew teaches a free live online masterclass on why store income plateaus and what changes it. Anyone can register.
